court of the District of Columbia, sitting ae a
court of chancery for the county of Washit gton*,

Sth day of August next, at 12 o'clock, M.
That valuable stand, situated in Georgetown;
in the District of Columbia, and known by the
name of the UNION TAVERN, now in the
occupancy of William Craivford, and late the
property of Charles M'Ltuigblin, deceased ;
together with the Lots, Houses, Stables and
improvements belonging to *nd on which the
said tavern is erected ; ami alv>thft two-story
Brick House, situate on Briilge street, near
the said Union Tavern, and the Lot on which
the same is erected, late the property of James
S. Morsell, esquire.
