'Khe fishery on this place, in-the season, is extremely profita- ble ; and the shores are liiv: d with wild'fowl of all kinds- It has the advantage of an ele- gant prospect of the river and adjacent coun- try, and good water. The distance to Balti more by laud is 16 miles, and by water 4 or 5 hours sail. CHARLES MQRNEWTCK, an insolvent debtor of Baltimore county, having heretofore applied, by petition in writing, to the Judges of the said county court, praying the benefit of the " act lor the relief of sundry insolvent debtors," and a si iiedule of his property fc.* tistof his creditors, on oath, as far as he can as- certain them, as directed by said act, being annessdto his petition ; and the said Charge* Morneweck having proved to the satistrcu- on of the said court that he bath re sided iw the state of Maryland the t wo preceding years, prior to the passage of the said act; and bav- ng been brought before the said court, and discharged from imprisonment, on taking the oath by said act required.
