The drawing will commence as soon as a sax- ficient number is sold to authorize it. The managers hare given bond to the state in the penalty of sixty thousand dollars, for the faith- ful payment of the prizes, which will be paid subject to a deduction of 15 per cent, 30 clay, after the drawing is finished. Prizes no de. manded within a twelve-month from the tcom pletion of the drawing, will be considered as si donation to the College.
