gard to the limits of the district, alloted to

at the time be attached to a Volunteer Com-
pany, shall be allowed 10 days from this date

which they shall be required to do duty in
their respective districts.

but that the recognized members ot volun-

Fifty Dollars Reward.
RAN away from Doughoragen Manor, Elk-
ridge, (the summer residence of Charles Car
roll, of Carrollton, Esq.) on the i9th instant, a
Negro Man, named WILLIAM ; about 30
years of age, 5 feet 8 or 9 inches high ; of a
pleasing countenance ; wears his wool platted
on the locks and behind, and turned up with a
comb. His clothing that can be recollected is,
along blue cloth coat, London brown panta-
loons, black ditto, new shoes with one row of
hob nails round the gojes an i heels. He was
lately purchased of judge. Chase, of the city of
Baltimore. Whoever will deliver the above
Negro to the subscriber, at the manor on Elk-
ri lge, shall receive Twenty Dollars ; or, if
secured in Baltimore jail, Fifteen Dollars, in-
cluding what the law allows.
