the property of Mrs. Ann Penaberlon, called
Westbury, containing 1-J64 acres, s tuated in
Anne-Arundel county, state of Maryland, at
the head of West River, lr3 miles ftom Anna-
polis, and 42 from Baltimore. This land is
well calculated to produce w heat, tobacco and
corn ; has a large quantity of timber, suitable
for ship building, and most excellent meadow.
The timber lies near the river, which is navi-
gable for large vessels into the Chesapeake, 6
miles from the landing. It is divided into two
handsome farms, the one containing 746 acres,
and the other 718 acres, each having a good
landing on said river, and will be sold together
or separately.

writing of Jacob Bouldin, praying the bene-
fit of the act for the relief of sundry insol-
vent debtors, passed at November session,
1805, and the supplement thereto, passed at
November session, 1806 ; and a schedule of
his property, and a list of his creditors o»
oath, as far as he can ascertain them, as di-
rected by the said act, being annexed to his.
petition, and tin? said Jacob Bouldin, having-
proved to my satisfaction, that he hath resid-
ed in the state of Maryland, the two preced-
ing years previous to the passage of the saiet
act, and having been brought before me, ancl
discharged from confinement, and taking the
oath by said aet required ; it is therefore ad-
judged and ordered by me that the snid Ji.

to be held at 1he Court House in the city o(
Baltimore, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of
the tenth da. of October next, to answer
such interrogatories as mav be proposed lo him
