An order is issued for the capture of Olden burgh, Mecklenburg, Kniphausen, and Pappenburgh vessels, if found trading with our enemies. The order against the vessels of Meck'en- burg &c. is in retaliation of Bonaparte's block- ading decree. "It is probable the order will be extended to other neutrals, if any should remain." It is reported Murat is to be appointed king of Switzerland. Dispatches to July 29, have been receiv- ed from admiral Berkeley. Official accounts from admiral Berkeley, of all the recent events on the coast of Ame- rica are contained in these dispatches. Tbere is nothing now to prevent the dis- cussion of the affair of the Le- pard and the Chesapeake, as soon as Mr. Munroe receives his instructions. August 25.
