Lands for Sale. The subscriber offers the three following Tracts or parcels o Land, 10 miles from the city of Baltimore, the whole being con. nected, together in a compact form, and lying on the road, about two miles short of Perry Hall, the residence of Harry D. Gough, esqr. viz. No. 1, The subscriber's present Dwelling Plantation containing 330 odd acres, on which is erected a large and commodious Dwelling House, Barn, Stables, Spring House, and every other necessary building, with two i large Apple, and one Peach Orchard in jiill j bearing, a Garden and plenty of line meadow —which with the parts in tillage, are under superior fence, with remarkable springs of fine water, also wood & timber in abundance.
