court, as an associate judge of the sixth ju-
dicial district of the slate of Maryland, by
petition in writing of Charles Langforu, of
the city of Baltimore, an insolvent debtor,
praying the benefit of the acts of assembly for
relief of insolvent debtors, on fhe terms pre-
scribed by the said acts : a schedule of his
property and a list of his creditors, on oath,
as far as he can ascertain them, as directed bv
the said acts, being annexed to his said petiti-
on, having produced to me the assent in
writing of so many of his creditors as have
due to them the amount of two-thirds of the
debts due by him at the time of his applicati-
on ; and being sa isficd by competent testimo-
ny, that the said Charles Langibrd has resided
within the state of Maryland, the twoprededing
years, prior to his application, it is thereupon
ordered by me, that the said Charles Langford
