eighth day of Oc'oVer, eightren hundred

said, unladen and delivered from the said
schooner, without a Permit from the Col-
lector and Naval officer of the District &
Feet of Baltimore, for such unlading and
delivery : praying condemnation of the same
according to law '. — And, whereas, the lion.
James Houston, judge of the said District
Court, hath ordered and directed Satur-
day, the seventh dav of November next, at
10 o'clock in the forenoon of the same day,
for holding a court, at the court ho se, in
the city ot Baltimore, for said trial agree-
ably to the prayer of said attorney.
