rels of Oranges, which were brought and
imported in and on board the schr Mes-
s nger, from Havsnna, Withe West-Indies,
to the Port of Ballimore, and were on the
ei. hill day of October, eight'en hundred
and seven, at the Port ot Ballimore afore-
said, ui laden and delivered from the said
schooner, without a Permit from the Col-
lector and Naval officer ofthe District 8e
Pert of Ballimore, for su,-h unlading and
delivery : praying condemnation of the tame
