In cases requiring a surveyor's report or plan of the buildings, where there are several, showing their situation with respect to each other and to other buildings, such survey or plan must be furnished by the assured, or at his expense j hut where a elear descrip ion of the property can be given, of which the assent must be the judge, they may be dispensed with. The assured is subject to no charge or expencoin this office, except 50 cents for the policy.
