Appointment of Policemen.
To fill the vacancies in the grade of Policeman, the Board, by the vote as shown hereunder, appointed the following named eligibles policemen; said appointments with the exception of Leo J.Steinman to take effect after October 8,1902. The appointment of eligible Leo J.Steineman to take effect October 10,1902.
John T.Wisner, vice Off. Michael J.Hughes, made Sergeant.
Henry Yost, vice Off. Thomas J.Frock, CD., deceased.
Jas.H.Zimmerman, vice Off.J.H.ffaecksch,E.D., retired.
Leo J.Steineman, vice Off.John Donnelly, E.D., deceased.
Wm.T.Owens, vice C.P.Schenkel, S.D., dismissed.
The vote upon the appointment of the above named eligibles,
policemen, as mentioned, was as follows:-
President Upshur, Yea, Commissioner Morris, Yea, Commissioner Fowler, Yea.
Appointment of Probation Officers.
To fill the vacancies in the grade of Probation Officer, caused by promotions from the probationary list, as above, the following named eligibles were appointed Probation Officers, by the vote as shown below, viz:-

H.H.Lookingbill. vice P.O. Henry Yost.
James W.McMahan, vice P.O. James H.Zimmerman,

Said appointments, with the exception of Eligible Henry Felfpusch, to take effect after October 8,1902. The appointment of Eligible Henry Felfpusch to take effect October 10,1902.
