Secretary. Baltimore, Monday, October 13th,1902. Board met, present.Messrs Morris and ffowler. --------0-------- The minutes of the previous meeting, October 10th,1902, were read, approved and adopted. Trial. .Officer James R. Ennls, Eastern District, reported for having been twenty minutes late for roll call,6 A.M., October 12th,1902,was excused. Donations. Upon the recommendation of the Captain of Detectives, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that the following named detectives be permitted to retain the amounts as set opposite their names respectively, donated to them by the Police Authorities of Washington , D. C., for services in Washington during the Annual Encampment of the Grand Army of the Republic in that city,commencing October 5th,1902,- Detective Thomas P.
