( See proceedings of Oct. 3,02) It was ordered, however, that Officer Schenkel be warned that if he should hereafter be found guilty by the Board of any serious charge he would be dismissed from the force. Trials, Officer Frank C.Scott, Northeastern District, reported for having been without his pistol at roll-call, 7 P.M., October 15,1902, was excused. Assignment of Magistrates. Additional Justice Neilson Poe, Jr., was assigned to sit at the Central District Station-house from 3 to 5 P.M., to-day, in the place of Justice Janes A.Fechtig, Jr., who notified the Board, that he desired to be absent from his duties during the time mentioned. Additional Justice Neilson Poe, Jr., was also assigned to sit at the Southern District Station-house from 8 A.M., October 18,1902, to 8 A.M., October 21,1902, in the place of Justice Wm. |
