| approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that the following transfers be made in the Southwestern District, to take effect at once, viz:- •That Officer James Donohue be transferred from the Patrol Wagon Service to street duty, That Officer John White, B.Division, be transferred from street to patrol wagon service, as driver, vice Donohue. Boxing Exhibitions. Permit. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that permit be granted to the Eureka Athletic Club to give a Boxing Exhibition, Germania Maennerchor Hall, Friday evening October 31, 1902. Application for Permit. Application was received from the Eureka Athletic Club to hold Boxing Exhibition, Germania Maennerchor Hall on November 7th. It was ordered that the said application be referred to the Marshal for investigation and recommendation. Complaint. Boys Throwing Stones in Neighborhood Whitlock st. & Madison Ave. Dr. N.L.Daahiell. Communication was received from Dr. II.L.Dashiell, 2340 Madison avenue, complaining of boys throwing stones on Whitlock street, between Madison avenue & McCulloh street. It was ordered that the said complaint be referred to the Marshal with instructions to give the matter referred to by Dr. Da-shiell special attention. Complaint from Charles E.Ford. Re.
