Gentlemen:-
This company has the contract for the removal of garbage,ashes and miscellaneous refuse from the house-keepers of Baltimore;also refuse from from markets.
We find the market refuse is thrown on the market floor and street pavement, then swept into piles, which we gather in our wagon and carts. We note considerable street dirt and horse manure is contained in the piles thus swept, and have entered a protest
