~>f\C 75 directed the Marshal to see Mr. Jenetzke and demand, officially, of him the name of the officer to whom he referred in his speech above mentioned, and to say that if Mr. Jenetzke failed to disclose the officer's name his refusal or failure to do so would be published. Hotel Iwonder. 239 South Broadway. It was brought to the attention of the Board that the Hotel Iwonder, South Broadway, is violating the provisions of the liquor law, and it was further alleged that four boys were seen to have come from the Hotel Iwonder in an intoxicated condition on a Sunday recently. It was further stated that Mr. John J.Rudolph, connected with the firm of J.M.Brockman & Co. , possessed, some information on the subject. It was ordered that the Marshal be directed to ascertain, if possible, the names of the boys referred to and any others who may have knowledge of violation of the liquor law on the part of keeper of said Hotel Iwonder, and to report the said keeper to the Grand Jury if he finds sufficient evidence to justify such a course. Saloon. N.W.corner Patterson Park Avenue and Gay street. It was reported to the Board that keeper of saloon located on the northwest corner Patterson Park avenue and Gay street, violates the provisions of the liquor law. It was ordered that the matter be referred to the Marshal with directions to give it his special attention. Complaint of S.E.Nicholson State Superintendent of Anti-Saloon League. Charges. In the matter of complaint preferred by the Anti-Saloon League with reference to the action of Captain of Detectives
