Assignment of Magistrate.
Justice Jacob Rab was authorized to act as Police Justice for the Northeastern District from 3 P.M., to-day, until relieved, in the place of Justice James ',7.Lewis, who notified the Board that he desired to be absent from his duties on account of leave.
