94 Assignment of Magistrates. Justice William Reed was authorized to act as Police Justice for the Central District from 3 P.M., to-day, until relieved, in the place of Justice James A.Fechtig, Jr., who notified the Board he desired to be absent from his duties on account of sickness. (Additional Justice Poe at the Southwestern District). Justice Jacob Rab was authorized to act as Police Justice for the Eastern District from 8 A.M., November 8, 1902, until relieved, in the place of Justice William J.Garland, who notified the Board that he desired to be absent from his duties on account of sickness. (Additional Justice Poe at the Southwestern District.) Transfers. Upon the recommendation of Captain John J.Fullen, Western District, and concurred in by the Marshal, it was ordered that Clerk Willian R.V/onderly be transferred from the Western to the Northern District, and that Clerk James R.Ford be transferred from the Northern to the Western District; said transfers to take effect at once. Complaint of Charles E.Ford re. Vehicles of Kinnear, standing on Fayette St. Near Eutaw. In the matter of complaint received from Mr. Charles E. Ford, Ford's Opera House, upon the subject of the use of the s. s. of Fayette street, near Eutaw, by Mr. Kinnear, owner of stable, Fayette street near Eutaw, for the standing of vehicles, as referred to in the proceedings of October 29,1902.
