104 Justice Neilson Poe, Jr., having been assigned to the Southwestern Station. The action of the Secretary in the assignment of Magistrate, as above, was approved. Donations. Upon the recommendation of the Captain of Detectives, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that Detective Thomas P. O'Donnell be permitted to retain five dollars donated to him by Benjamin & Co. for attending Pawnbroker's sale, November 10th. Upon the recommendation of the officer in charge of the Detective Department, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that Detective T.B.Hall be permitted to retain five dollars donated to him by Mrs. Charles Merryman, 1606 Harlem avenue, for taking her husband to Mt. Hope Asylum. Boxing Exhibitions. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that permit be granted to Messrs Flack & Knabe to hold Boxing Exhibition at Flack's Hall, 1308 N.Fulton avenue, November 15,1902, and that the sum of ten dollars be charged for said permit. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that permit be issued to the Eureka Athletic Club to hold Sparring Exhibition at Germania Maennerchor Hall, Friday night, November 14,1902, and that the sum of $50. be charged for said permit. Application for Permit. Application was received from the Eureka Athletic Club to hold Sparring Exhibition, Germania Maennerchor Hall, Friday night, November 21,1902. It was ordered that the said application be referred to the Marshal for investigation and recommendation.
