| rOGC 113 Leave of Absence. Officer Joseph B.Lankford. Central District. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal leave of absence was granted to Officer Joseph B.Lankford, Central District, from November 26th., to December 11th., including Thanksgiving Day. (See recommendation of the Marshal filed as Exhibit No.863.) Fine - Remission of. Herbert R.Pfeffer. H.W.District. In the matter of fine imposed by Substitute Justice William H. Clifford, Northwestern District, upon Herbert R.Pfeffer arrested on the charge of disorderly conduct November 4, 1902. Justice Clifford having notified the Board that he had chan ged his finding in the said case from fine of twenty dollars to dismissal on costs and was ready to remit the ten dollars in his possession of said fine imposed November 5,19027 The Board directed that the one-half, ($10), of said fine turned over to the Police Department by Justice Clifford, be returned to the mother of Herbert R.Pfeffer (minor). See Exhibit No. 864. Bills Passed.
