Officer John M.Deraoss, Northwestern District, reported for not having his Book of Rules & Regulations at Roll-call, 11.45 A.M., November 14, 1902, was excused.
Complaint vs. Officer
Robert T. Noel, Northern District.
In the matter of report received from the Marshal, preferring charges against Officer Robert T.Noel, Northern District, as referred to in the proceedings of November 14, 1902.
The Board directed that the said Officer Robert T.Noel be cited before it for a hearing of the charges preferred by the Marshal, as mentioned, on Wednesday November 26,1902.
