| 115 furnished with a copy of charge laid against him, and notify him of the date set for trial thereupon In connection with the report of the Marshal it was ordered that in as much as the statements submitted by him show certain irregularities and probable violations of law on the part of the election officials and others at the polling place, 12th. Precinct, 13th. Ward, November 4,1902, that the Secretary hand the Supervisors of Election statements mentioned for such action as the said Supervisors of Election may deem proper in the premises. Boxing Exhibition. A report was received from the Marshal upon the subject of Boxing Exhibition held at Gernania Iviaennerchor Hall, November 14, 1902, under the auspices of the Eureka Athletic Club. Said report was read, and ordered filed, see Exhibit No. 865. Deaths. Report was received from Lieutenant Charles M. Cole, Central District, of the death of Officer Julius B.Wess, of that district, which occurred 9.45 A.M., November 14,1902. Report was also received from Captain John A.G.Shultz, North western District, of the death of Officer George S.Eacavaille. of that district, who died at the City Hospital, 6.30 A.M., today. Officer James H.Marsden. N.W.District. Bitten by Dog, supposed to have Rabies. Report was received from Captain John A.G.Shultz, Northwestern District, upon the subject of Officer James H.Marsden of that district, having been bitten, while on active duty, by a dog supposed to have rabies.
