Boxing Exhibition. Application for Permit.
Application was received from the Eureka Athletic Club for permit to hold Boxing Exhibition November 28th.
It was ordered that the said application be referred to the Marshal for investigation and recommendation.

Report was received from the Marshal upon the subject of complaints as to alleged violations of liquor law in saloons of William F.Conklin, 2117 Canton avenue and Peter Bluzets, Pratt and Albemarle streets. Said reports were read and ordered filed, see Exhibit No. 868.
Gambling - 1654 E.Pratt St.
Report was received from the Marshal upon the subject of complaint as to alleged gambling at Cigar store of Charles R. Horney, 1654 E.Pratt street. Said report was read and ordered filed, see Exhibit No. 869.
