OFFICE QF BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore. Friday. November 21, 1902. Board met; present, Messrs Upshur, Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, Wednesday, November 19, 1902, were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer William W.Pyles, Northwestern District,was fined fl, for having been twenty minutes late for School of Instructions, November 20,190$. Officer Harry F.Buckley. Central District, reported for having been without his pistol, roll-call, 7 P.M., November 20,1902, was excused. The following officers of the Northern District were each fined $1.00 for having been late to School of Instructions, Wednesday, November 19,1902, viz:- Ser/teant Edward G.Warden. Officer John 0. Andrew, Officer John C.Tull, Officer Harry C.Wingate. Officer John Weber, Eastern District, was fined $1.00 for having been late for School of Instructions November 19,1902. |
