Secretary. OFFICE OF BOARD OF POLICE COMIISSIOHKRS. Baltimoref Monday, November 24, 1902. Board met; present, Messrs. Upshur. Morris & Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting. November 21,1902, were, read, approved and adopted. Trials. Sergeant Julius Ackerman. Western District, reported for having been fourteen minutes late for roll-call, 11.45 A.M., November 23,1902, was excused. Officer William L.Scrivnerf Northwestern District, reported for having been two minutes beiiind his squad, coming in off duty, 4.14 A.M., November 23, 1902, and asleep on his post, was excused. Officer William S.Herrick, Northern District, was fined $1. for having been ten minutes late on his return from dinner, November 20,1902. Officer Harry C.Wingate. Northern District, was tried upon the following charges, vis:- CKARGE: 1st. * Having used language unbecoming an officer towards Officer John Hartman in house 350 S.Woodyear street, November 14, 1902.
