Charges vs. Officer Bobert T.Noel, northern District.
In view of the fact that the hearings of the charges preferred by the Anti-Saloon League against Captain of Detectives Puraphrey and Detective Hammersla will not be completed by V/ed-nesday Kovember 26,1902, the date set for the hearing of charges against Officer Robert T.Noel, Northern District, as referred to in the proceedings of November 14 and 17, 1902, the Board ordered that the hearing of charges against Officer Noel be postponed until Monday December 1, 1902.
Donation.
Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that Officer Francis P. Casey, Central District, be permitted to retain twenty dollars donated to him by the United States Government for the arrest of James H.Laird, deserter from the United States Army.
Leave of Absence - Thanksgiving.
Upon the recommendation of the Marshal leave of absence, as follows, were granted to the officers hereunder named, including Thanksgiving day, November 27th.
