OGC 133 Hindoo Treatment & Magnetic Passage. A report was received from the Marshal upon the subject of investigation made by him into the matter of advertised Hindoo treatment and magnetic massage at 311 K.Greene street. Said report was read and ordered filed, see Exhibit No.873. Case of Gustav Fenrich Arrested bv Officer D.L.Clayland. S.D. Officer Made to Pay Costs of Case in Court. A report was received from the Marshal upon the subject of the arrest by Officer Daniel L. Clayland, November 7, 1902, of Gustav Feinrich, upon the charge of disturbing the peace, the trial and acquittal of said Fenrich by Judge Dobler and imposition of costs $10.80 by the said judge upon Officer Clay-land. It was ordered that the report of the Marshal, as above, be referred to Mr. Miles for his opinion as to the law on the subject. Boxing Exhibitlons. _Protest from Ministers. A committee comprising Rev. Win.0.Herbert, Rev. Charles E. Guthrie, Rev. Dr. Watson and two others called upon the Board and stated they had been appointed by the Methodist Preacher's Meeting of Baltimore City, to visit the Board of Police Commissioners in regard to Sparring Matches and present to it resolutions passed by the meeting of Methodist Ministers. Resolutions as follows were read:- WHEREAS; The Sparring Contests held in this City every week are virtually Prize Fights under another name, and are both demoralizing and brutal, THEREFORE, be it resolved. By the Preachers' Meeting of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore, that we mast respectfully protest against the action of the BOARD OF POLICE COM-
