| eOGC 141 Application was received from Flack & Knabe for pernit to hold Sparring contest at Flack's Hall, Patterson & Fulton avenues, evening of Decenber 6, 1902. It was ordered that the said application be referred to the I.Iarshal for investigation and reconmendation. Purchase of Horse. Upon the recommendation of the Lieutenant of Mounted Police, it was ordered that there be purchased from Janes King one horse to cost ^150.00 The vote upon the purchase of horse, as above, was as follows: President Upshur........Yea, Commissioner Morris,....Yea, Connissioner Fowler, Yea. Reconmendation of Lieutenant of Mounted Poliee filed as Exhibit Ho. 876. Complaint vs. Officer William T.Ricktor, Western District. Communication was received from John W.Pender, 753 Iceland street, lodging complaint against Officer William T.Ricktor, Western District, who the said Mr. Pender alleges entered his residence Saturday night, Ilovenber 22,1902, and used language unbecoming an officer in the presence of his, Mr. Fender's, wife, etc. It was ordered that the complaint from Mr. Pender, as mentioned, be referred to the Marshal for investigation and report, with recommendation. Charges vs. Officer Robert T. Noel, Northern District. In view of the cases preferred by the Maryland Anti-Saloon League against Captain A. J. Pumphrey and Detective Hammersla now pending it was ordered that the hearing of charges against Officer Robert T. Noel, Northern District, as referred to in the proceedings of November 14 and 17, be postponed fron Monday, Decenber 1,1902. |
