To fill the vacancies in the grade of Probation Officer caused by the promotions from the probationary list as above, the Board by the vote as given below appointed the following named eligibles;- Charles A. Bishop, Henry M. Sink, Horace N. Caviler. The vote upon the appointment of Probation Officers as above was President Upshur.........Yea, Commissioner Morris......Yea, Commissioner Fowler......Yea. 215 The receipts were as follows;- Pines and Costs,December 29th.......$55.90 Pines and Costs,December 30st....... 17.45. The Board ad.joumed at 11.50 A.M. OFFICE OF BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore. Friday, January 2, 1905. Board met; present, Messrs. Upshur, Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, Wednesday, December 51, 1902, were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer Samuel A. Hobbs, Northwestern District, was fined |2.00, for having been fifteen minutes behind the return of his squad, 4.17 A.M., January 2, 1903, and asleep on his post. Officer Thomas A. Worthington, Northwestern District, was tried upon, found guilty of the following charge and fined $10. and warned. |
