OGC 227 v/ith all kinds of immorality and bad conduct",etc,we leave the community in which we have labored for many years to judge to what extent this most serious accusation against us made by you is supported by facts,and if not, to consider what must be the character and condition of the police administration of our beloved city,when the entire resident ministry of one of its great churches is thus stigmatised and branded by those who for the time being are the police commissioners of the city of Baltimore. (See Exhibit No. 914.) Application to Contribute Two Per Cent, of Salary. A communication was received through the hands of the Marshal, from Captain Thomas B. Kc.Gee, Eastern District, stating that Officer John Wilkinson,of that District, asked permission to contribute two per cent oO the amount uf his salary to the Special Fund in order that me may be come eligible fo receive the benefit of said fund in the way of retirement,etc. The permission asked for was granted. The receipts were, Fines and Costs for January 5th............§50.10 Fines and Costs for January 6th............ 57.95 From Mayor and City Council account Police Examiners.......................1000.00 The Board adjourned at 12 o1clock,Moon.
