| Additional Justice Neilson Poe, Jr., was authorized by the Board to sit at the Western District Station-house from 3 to 5 P.M., January 28th., in the place of Justice Daniel J. Loden, who notified the Board that he desired to be absent during the time mentioned on account of leave. Justice William Reed was authorized to act as Police Justice for the Northern District from 3 to 5 P.M., January 28,1903, and until relieved, in the place of Justice J. McKen-ny White, who notified the Board that he desired to be absent during the time referred to, on account of leave. Additional Justice Poe at the Western District. Justice Antony Dimarco was authorized to act as Police Justice for the Eastern District from 3 to 5 P.M., to-day, and until relieved, in the place of Justice William J. Garland, who notified the Board that he desired to be absent from his duties during time mentioned, on account of leave. Additional Justice Poe at the Western District. McKinley Memorial. Invitations, as follows, were received by the Board , and accepted:- The McKinley Memorial Association, Baltimore Post Office, requests the honor of your presence on the occasion of the unveiling of the bust of our late president, William McKinley, at the Baltimore Post Office, on Thursday, January twenty-ninth, Nineteen Hundred and Three, at noon.
