268 Marshal, it was ordered that there be provided for the Captains room, Northern District, three small chairs, one large chair and wardrobe. The vote upon the subject of chairs and wardrobe for Northern District, as above, was:- President Upshur, .......Yea, Commissioner Morris......Yea, Commissioner Powler,.....Yea.
