Secretary. OFFICE OF BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore. Md.. Wednesday, February 4, 1903. Board met; present. Messrs. Up3hur. Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, February 2, 1903, were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer John C. Buehl, Northeastern District, was tried upon the following charge, found guilty thereof and fined §10.00 and warned:- CHARGE;-Neglect of duty by being off his post and in the bakery of Charle3 Meade, 1113 Aidquith 3treet, on other t^an police business, from 3.10 A.M., to 3.40 A.M., February 4, 1903. Officer John F. Freedy. Northeastern District, was tried upon the following charge, found guilty thereof and fined $5.00 CHARGE;-"Neglect of duty by bein; in the bakery of Charles Meade, 1113 Aisquith street, 3.40 A.M., February 4, 1903, on other than police business." Officer Francis R. Carroll, Northern District, was tried upon, found guilty of the charge of having been twenty minutes late roll-call, 3.45 A.M., February 3,1903, fined $2.00 and warned. |
