OFFICE OF__ BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore. Md.. Friday, February 13,1905. Board met; present, Messrs. Upshur, Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, Wednesday, February 11, 1903, were read, approved and adopted. Trial. Officer Aubrey J. Sutton, Northern District, was tried upon the following charge, found guilty thereof, fined §5.00 and warned:- CHARGES;-"Being thirty-three minutes behind his squad coming in off duty 4.50 A.M., February 13,1903. Being asleep on his post at the return of his squad, 4.15 A.M., February 13,1903." Order As to Officers charged with Sleeping on Post & Intoxication. It was ordered that the Marshal cause the several police captains to instruct members of the force under their commands that hereafter, if any police officer be found asleep on his post or in an intoxicated condition while on active duty, the Board will consider it good cause for summary dismissal from the force. |
