| OFFICE OF BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore, Md., Wednesday, February 18, 1903. Board met; present, Messrs. Upshur. Morris ,and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, Monday, February 16, 1903, were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer William C. West, Western District, was fined Si. for having been twelve minutes late for School of Instructions February 16, 1903. Officer Walter W. Tompkins, Northwestern District, was fined 51. for having been thirty minutes late for School of Instructions February 17, 1903. Donation. Upon the recommendation of the Captain of Detectives, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that Detective George W. Armstrong be permitted to retain Five Dollars, donated to him by George Gunther, Jr., for attending wedding February 17, 1903. Assignment of Magistrate. Additional Justice Neilson Poe, Jr., was assigned to sit at the Western District Station-house from 3 P. M., to 5 P.M. today, in the place of Justice Daniel J. Loden, who notified the Board that he desired to be absent from his duties on account of leave. Police Justice J. McKenny White, Northern District, was assigned to sit at the Juvenile Court from 3 P.M., February 19th., until relieved, in the place of Judge Charles W. Heuisler, who notified the Board that he desired to be absent from his duties from 3 P.M., February 19th., to 8 A.M., February 20,1903. Additional Justice Neilson Poe, Jr., was assigned to sit |
