Baltimoret Fridavf February 27. 1903. Board met; present, Messrs. Upshur and Fowler. The Minutes of the previous meeting, Wednesday, February 25,1903, were read, approved and adopted. Trial, Officer Lawrence J. Bevans, Northern District, was reprimanded for having carelessly lost his pistol on February 21,1903. Officer Bevans was also required to provide himself with a nev/ pistol of regulation patters. |
