Order As to Members of Force paying Bills. In view of the numerous complaints received recently by the Department upon the subject of the failure of members of the force to pay their just debts it was ordered that the Marshal be instructed to cause each Captain to read over the desk at roll-calls, Monday, V&reh 2,1903, Paragraph 4, Rule 38, bearing on this particular, and have each member understand that those offending against this rule will be cited before this Board upon charges. It was also ordered that these instructions be included in the Look-out sheets of Monday, March 2, 1903. The Receipts were as follows:- Pines ft Costs for February 25----------------------- do February 26----------------------$62.50 Misc. Sale of old Junk, Eastern District—- 2.00 The Board adjourned at 10,35 o'clock A.M. OFFICE OF BOARD 07? POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore, Monday. March 2. 1903. Board met; present, Messrs. Upshur, Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting. Friday. February 27. 1905. were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer Albert J. Hauf. Southern District, was fined $1.00 for having been eighteen minutes late for roll-call, 3.45 A.M.March 1,1903. Sergeant William S. Herrick, Southwestern District, was tried upon the following charge, preferred by Lieut. David P. McClelland, found guilty thereof, and fined Five Dollars:- $52.75 $64.50
