| C. Day, Eastern District, be permitted to retain thirty dollars donated to him by the United States Government for the arrest of Elias Pitipan, a deserter from the U. 5. Army . Blinds for Northern District Station-house . Upon the requisition of Captain Bernard J. Ward, Northern District, recommendation of the Deputy Marshal and the approval of the Marshal, it was ordered that there be purchased five window blinds for the Northern District Station-house. The vote upon the purchase of window blinds as above,was President Upshur.........Yea, Commissioner Morris......yea, Commissioner Fowler......yea. See requisition filed as Exhibit No. 971. Retired Officer F. A. Zimmerman,-S.W.D. Application for increase of pay. Application was received from Retired Officer F. A. Zimmerman for increase of pay,from one third to one half the amount he received at the time of his retirement. The said application was denied. Requisition Account,Board of Police Examiners. Requisition No.32 was drawn on the Mayor and City Council for §415.10 to pay the salaries of the three members of the Board of Police Examiners and their secretary for the month of February,1903,and sundry bills.
