348 Re-consideration of Action As to date of Retirements. See (Proceedings of March 4.1903.) Upon the motion of President Upshur, and by the vote as shown hereunder, it was ordered that the Board's action as to the retirements of the following officers, mentioned in the proceedings of March 4th., be re-considered:- Off. William J. Carrickr N.E.District, Jacob Piercy, N.E.District, Edward T. Baffordf C. District, Jeremiah Cullem, C.District, Alfred Loker. C.District. Sgt. Julius Ackerman. W.District, Henry Shoemack. C.District, Off. Wm. H. HighT S.W.District. Caleb H. Bortle. W.District. The vote upon the above was, as follows:- President Upshur....Yea, Commissioner Morris,Yea, Commissioner Fowler,Yea. Retirements. Upon motion of President Upshur, and by the vote as shown hereunder, it was ordered that the following named officers be retired on one-half pay; said retirements to take effect March 26th. instead of March 12th., as per proceedings of March 4,1903:-Off.
