JieJtirfimsnt,. Randolph G. Welsh, S.W.District. Officer Randolph G. Welsh, Southwestern District, having been examined by the Police Physicians and reported by them as incapable of performing active police duty, by reason of physical disability caused while in the discharge of his duty; and the said Officer Randolph G. Welsh under the provisions of existing law being eligible to retirement on pay, the Board, by the vote as shovm hereunder, ordered that the said Officer Randolph G. Welsh be placed on the retired list on one-half pay; said retirement to date from to-day, March 13,1903. The vote upon the retirement of Officer Randolph G. Welsh, as above, was:- President Upshur........Yea, Commissioner Morris.....Yea, Commissioner Fowler,....Yea. Appointment of Detective. To fill the vacancy in the position of Detective, caused by the retirement of Detective Winfield S. Canby, the Board, by the vote as shovm hereunder, appointed eligible Peter B. Bradley, a detective; said appointment to take effect March 16, 1903. The vote upon the appointment of Peter B. Bradley, a detective, as above, was:- President Upshur.......Yea, Commissioner Morris....Yea, Commissioner Fowler....Yea. Assignment of Detectives. It was ordered that Peter B. Bradley appointed Detective to take effect March 16,1903, be assigned for duty in the Western District, and that Detective Harry M. Kammersla be transferred from the Western to the Northern District; said transfer to take effect March 16,1903.
