| cOGC 367 Marshal, in the absence of Marshal Parnan, it was ordered that Officer John P. Glenn, Central District, be permitted to retain Twenty Dollars, donated to him by the United States Government for the arrest of Frank Rumle, a deserter from the United States Marion Corns. House - 705 Harlem Ave.. Alleged Bad Character. In relation to complaint as to alleged disreputable house 703 Harlem Avenue, a report was received from Captain John A. G.Shultz, Northwestern District, through the hands op the 1'arshal, which was read and ordered filed, see Exhibit No. 988. Patrol Boxes. Painting of. Upon the recommendation of Sergeant Samuel R. Boone, in charge of the Electrical Department, approved by the Deputy Marshal, acting as Marshall in the absence of Marshal Farnan, it was ordered that the patrol and signal boxes throughout the city be painted and with "QUEEN ENAMEL* paint, manufactured by the Nicoll Enamel Paint Company, 222 S. Charles street. The vote upon the painting of patrol boxes, as above, was:- President Upshur........Yea, Commissioner Morris.....Yea, Commissioner Fowler.....Yea.
