| That Officer Charles L. Dietz, Southern District, be transferred from Division 3. to Division A., That Officer A.P.Storey, Southern District, be transferred from Division 3. to Division A. Transfers. Upon the recommendation of Captain John J. Fullem, Western-District, approved by the L^arshal, it was ordered, That Officer Albert P.Cademore,Western District, be transferred from C. to B. Division,and That Officer William T.Picktor, Western District, be transferred from B. to C. Division, The said transfers to take effect at once. Increase of Pay Hostler John T.O'Connor,-. Upon the recommendation of Lieutenant David P.Lie. CI e Hand, Lieutenant of L'ounted Police, it was ordered by the following vote that the pay of Hostler John T.O'Connor be increased from Ten Dollars and Fifty Cents per week to Fifteen Dollars per week, the said increase to date from I'arch 26th, 1903. (See recommendation filed as Exhibit No. 992.) Helmets for Summer Wear. The Board considered the bids as follows received to furnish police helmets for summer wear;viz;- R.Q.Taylor and Co;- No.l............$1.90 each, No.2............ 2.00 each Ho.3............ 2.00 each, No.4............ 2.25 each, No.5............ 2.50 each. Ffetzing and Connolly.................. 2.15 each, C.J.Heller,Philadelphia,............... 2.15 each, New York Clothing House, Rosenfeld Brothers. .'.'New York" ,..... 2.10 each, "Baltimore".... 2.09 each. The Board by the vote as shown hereunder,adopted the helmet,marked "New York",-pearl with light Enameled leather trimmings,-submitted by the New York Clothing House,-Rosenfeld Brothers,- as most suitable in all respects, and ordered that contract be awarded the said Pew York Clothing House to fur.n'ish tbe desired number of helmets of the kind |
