Mr. and Mrs. Harry Merryman, of Baltimore, spent the week-end at the home of the former's parents., Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. Merryman. Mr. Lewis Morfoot, Mr. and Mrsv A. Thompson, motored to Baltmore on Sunday. Those who visited Mrs. Joshua T. Haile and family on Sunday were: Mr. and Mrs. John A. Lloyd, of Butler; Mrr. and Mrs. Allan Cofiell and children, of Belfast; Miss Clarence and Ethel Blizzard, of Reisterstown; Mr. and Mrs. Geo. E. Halle and son, Russell, Mr. and Mrs, Frank Peregoy, of Virginia; Mrs, Lula Martin, Mrs. Wm. Morfoot, Mrs. Prank Bossom and Mrs. Elizabeth Peregoy. Mrs, John L. Kemp and daughter, Mildred, returned to their home Sunday evening after a visit for a few days in Baltimore. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Haile and daughters;, Ruth and Rachael, recently visited her sister, Mrs. Harry Daugh-ton, of Jarrettsville, Harford Co. Miss Bertha Becker visited at the home of her aunt, Mrs. Harry Ashe, on Thursday. Mrsl Joseph M. Armacost visited Mr* Prank Bossom on Sunday; also Mrs. Elizabeth Peregoy. A number of our young people attended the play on Saturday evening at Hampstead, given by the American Legion Post, No. 76, entitled "Sergt. Jim, of the U. S. Marines," and report it as wonderful Mrs. Lula Martin had as her guests on Sunday, her sister, Mrs. John Peregoy, Mr. Floyd Watland, Hilda Martin, of New Market, and Mr. and Mrs. F. Peregoy and daughter, Dorothy. Mr John E, Peregoy has purchased from Kellar Auto Sale a new Chevrolet touring car. ^ Mr. and Mrs!. J. Mitchell Haile and children visited on Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Cox. Mr. Glenville Alban, of Baltimore, visited his brother, Mr. Frank Alban, of Trenton, and his mother-in-law, Mrs. Joshua T. Haile, on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Alban and son, Woodrow, left for a trip- to Washington. -----------0----------- TIMONIUM. Miss Mary Ogle, of Baltimore, spent last Sunday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Ogle. Mrs. Thomas Barrett took a trip to Washington on last Sunday. Mrs. William Zimmerman, Miss Mildred Meredith and Mr. Clarence Pearce of Shane, Md., were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry E. Simpson on Sunday last. Miss Marie Caldwell, of East Baltimore, visited at the home of Mrs. Laura Boggs on last Sunday. Mrs. Laura Boggs and daughter, Helen; Messrs. Frank L. and Harry E. Rowe visited Mr. and Mrs.' Harry Durham, of Western Run, last Sunday evening. The continued cool weather has retarded the farmers with their spring work. Some have not even started to plant corn, while others have some planted*. Capt. Smith, Misses; Helen Watson and Zerva Brose, of Baltimore, and Mr. Raymond Seitz^ of Towsfon, were callers at the home of Mrs. Laura Boggs on Sunday - evening. Mrs. Elizabeth Wright and Mr. L. Kone and son, Deane, all of Baltimore, were guests at the home of Mrs, Laura Boggs last Saturday. On last Tuesday the Warren School played "dodge ball" with the Timon-ium School. Sunday School at Ashland at 2 o'clock; preaching at 2.30 every Sunday. Mr. James Loney spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Perry. Mrs. Joseph Hoover has sold 107 dozen eggs from 16 hens dince Christmas, except what she has used in,her own home. Mrs. O. Heilman spent Wednesday evening with her daughter Mrs, H. Den mare. Miss Anna Morris spent last week in Baltimore. Mi*3 Marie Butler spent a few days at Warren. Legal Notices WOODLAWN, Miss Margaret Reinhold will lead at the Epworth League on Sunday at Emmarts'. A strawberry festival, the first of the season, will be held by the Patrons' Club of Belmont School, in the school yard on Wednesday evening, May 26. Be sure to come and spend the evening. _ _ Mrs. C. E. Upton and Mrs. J. L. Hooper and little daughter, Doris, spent Wednesday with Mr. and Mra S. D. Boss, of Washington, D. C. The Ladies' Bible Class met at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Zimmerman on Wednesday evening and elected the following officers for the ensuing year: president, Mrs. LouiSr Piel; vice-pres., Miss Edna Widerman; sec'y., Miss Susie Smith; treasurer, Miss Lottie Smith. Irvin Widerman, the thirteen-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Widerman. died after an illne*s of three days with double pneumonia. Funeral services were held at Emmart Church on Thursday. -------.-----o------------ RASPEBURG. A minstrel show and dance will be given under the auspices of Garden Lodge No. 114, at Odd Fellow* Hall, on Belair road, on Thursday and Friday evening, May 27 and 28. This entertainment promises to be very good and everyone attending will spend a pleasant evening. On Sunday evening last Rev. Dr. Peck, pastor of First Church. Baltimore, preached at Gatch M. E. Church to a large audience. The Auxiliary of the Children's Aid Society of Fullerton School, gave a lawn party on last Saturday afternoon at Overlea, and was well patronied. A neat little sum was realled for the Society. Mi*s Evelyn Gregbry is president. The condition of Kenwood avenue is very bad, due to the heavy traffic caused by the repairing of adjoining roads, and it is hoped our Roads Engineer Sucro will take notice of it and send us the repair man. ------------o------------ WARREN. NEEL, SARAH NEEL, MARY BLOME AND HENRY BLOME, HER HUSBAND, AND SUCH UNKNOWN HEIRS AS THE HEIR OF MARTHA J. GORE, WHO IF LIVING, WOULD BE A PROPER PARTY, OR THEIR EXECUTORS OR ADMINISTRATORS. IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR BALTIMORE COUNTY, IN EQUITY. D o The object of this bill is to obtain a sale of the hereinafter described real estate. The bill recites that Hugh Neel died intestate seized of a tract of real estate in Baltimore County, Md., leaving surviving him as heirs at law, three sons, Joseph Neel, Samuel Neel, John Neel, and two daughters, Martha J. Gore and Rebecca S. Neel; that John Neel dies leaving a widow, Mary E. Neel; that Samuel Neel died, leaving a widow, Sarah Neel, and one daughter, Mary Blome, who intermarried Henry Blome; that~Rebecca S. Neel died intestate, leaving as her heirs at law her brothers and sisters, Joseph Neel, John Neel, Martha J. Gore and Samuel Neel; that Martha J. Gore died, leaving heirs unknown to your orators; that no letters of administration have been taken out on the estate of Samuel Neel and Martha J. Gore in this county; that by deed dated January 31st, 1920, Joseph Neel conveyed his interest in said property to William Constantine; that the parties plaintiff and defendants are the owners as tenants in common Qf said real estate, and that it cannot be divided without loss or injury to the parties interested; that Martha J. Gore, if living, would be a proper party to this suit, and that her heirs are unknown; that Sarah Neel and Mary Blome and Henry Blome and the unknown heirs of Martha J. Gore are non-residents of the State of Maryland. In the prayers for relief the bill asks for sale of said property, so that the proceeds may be divided among the proper parties according to their respective interest, and that they may have such other and further relief as their case may require. It is thereupon this 19th day of April, 1920, ordered by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, in equity, that the plaintiffs, by causing a copy of this order to be inserted in some paper published in Baltimore County, Maryland, once in each of four successive weeks on or before the 24th day of May, 1920, giving notice to the said absent defendants, Sarah Neel, Mary Blome, Henry Blome, her husband, and the unknown heirs, executors and administrators of Martha J. Gore, deceased, of the object and substance of this bill and warning them to be and appear in this Court in person or by Attorney on or before the 10th day of June, 1920, to show cause, if any they have, why a decree ought not be passed as prayed. WILLIAM P. COLE, Clerk. True Copy--Test: Mrs. Eliza Keys, one of the oldest residents of this place, died last week at her home and was buried in Poplar M. P. Cemetery. Her six surviving sons, Charles, Edward, William, Clifton, Frank and Emmert A. Keys, were the pallbearers1. She was ill only three days with pneumonia. Mrs. Clifford Keys who has been ill with pneumonia is improving. The Warren Boys' Baseball Team defeated Cockeysville on the former's grounds 18 to 3 on Monday afternoon and at no time in the game did the visiting lads look dangerous. April 24—51. WILLIAM P.
