Being the same tract of land more particularly described in a deed from John W. Mohr to John W. Mohr, Jr., and Mary A .Mohr, dated the 5th day of September, 1918, and recorder among the Land Records of' Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. j 502, folio 595. This property is improved by a large DWELLING HOUSE, BARN, WAGON HOUSE, and other necessary outbuildings and it is desirably located. About 65 acres of this land is under cultivation and the balance in woods. ¦ TERMS OF SALE—Terms of sale are, that one-third of the purchase money shall be paid in cash on the day of sale or the ratification thereof in discretion of the undersigned attorney. One-third in six months and the balance in twelve months from the day of sale, or all cash on the day of sale at the option of purchaser. J. —There will be appropriate services in all the churches of the county seat today (Christmas). —Mr. W. S. Bowen, of Alexandria, Va., spent Sunday last with his mother here, Mrs^. C. Rebecca Bowen. —Mrs. John S. Held and two children, Katherine and Elizabeth, who have been ill, are convalescing. —Mr. R. Calvert Steuart is spending Christmas at Atlantic City "listening to what the wild waves are saying." —This morning (Christmas Day) the customary 6 o'clock morning service will be held at the Towson M. E. Church. —A Christmas greeting card was received by all the county school teachers this week from Supt. Clarence G. Cooper. —A beautiful Christmas folder, rich in colors, was received on Thursday by The Jeffereonian from the Black & Decker Mfg. Co. —Towson will have a new garage. It is rapidly nearing completion on the lot at the corner of Pennsylvania and Delaware avenues. —The Sunday-school of the Towson M. E. Church will hold its annual Christmas entertainment on Wednesday evening next. —The condition of little Catherine Held, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Held, who has been quite ill, is reported as much improved. —Mr. J. R. Gordon and son, Charles, and grandson, of Towson, left last Sunday night for Lancaster, Onio, Lo visit his son, Rev. Harry Gordon. —The Towson Camp Fire Girls, who assumed charge of the sale of Chrislt-mas seals here this season, showed splendid results, according to all reports. —Mr. E. J. Johnson, who has been connected with The New Era as editor for about two months, severed his associations* with that publication recently. —Mrs. Charlotte M. Schuster, mother of Mr. Martin R. Schuster, assistant casher of The Towson National Bank, died at her home at Parkville on Tuesday last. —Mrs. P. L. Ruby and children, Misses Susine and Margaret, and P. L. Ruby, Jr., are spending the Christmas holidays with the late Mr. Ruby's mother and sjisters in Chambersburg-. —Mrs. Walter Atwood Yeakle, of Norristown, Pa., and Messrs. George G. Wheeler and Joseph F. Wheeler vre spending Christmas with their parents here, Mr. and Mrs. George F. Whfteler. —The Black & Decker Mfg.
