| Wetlands Case No. 87-WL-0163 Page 10 4. Construct a multi-story residential condominium building on the 262-foot long by 60-foot wide pier, 5. Construct an 812-foot long by 8-foot wide elevated and cantilevered walkway, and 6. Install a 74 slip floating marina; and subject to standard conditions and the following special conditions: A. All work shall be performed in accordance with a Certification of Water Quality from the Maryland Department of the Environment. B. All construction of residential units on the pier shall be done in accordance with City of Baltimore requirements on emergency access and construction standards. C. Detailed stormwater management plans shall be submitted to and approved by the Department of Natural Resources prior to project construction. D. The applicant shall be responsible for the removal of any sediment deposited in the waters of the State as a result of a discharge of sediment through the storm drain system. E. No work authorized by this license shall commence until such time as the Board of Public Works has advised, in writing, both the applicant and the Department of Natural Resources, Wetlands Division, that the Board has received in proper form a Bond in the amount of (to be determined by the Board) , to provide for the removal of any sediment buildup channelward of the outfall as described above and for the proper construction of the stormwater management structures depicted in the plans. Said Bond shall remain in full force and effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of completion of the subject project. F. The applicant shall submit a preconstruction depth survey for Department of Natural Resources review and verification prior to doing the work. (Referenced to mean low water or a fixed point on the adjoining land or an adjoining structure such as a bulkhead). G. The applicant shall submit a post-construction depth survey for Department of Natural Resources review and verification within 1 year of stabilization of the entire |
