construction site. (Referenced to same elevation or
point used for determining the preconstruction depth
survey . )
H. The Licensee shall provide certification by a registered
professional engineer that the piers supporting the
proposed project will be structurally adequate.
I. The applicant shall prepare a structural maintenance plan
for the life of the structure with an appropriate funding
mechanism for the approval of the City of Baltimore and
record such in the land records of Baltimore city prior
to the commencement of the project.
J. All habitable structures on the pier deck shall be placed
a minimum of one foot above the 100-year flood elevation
as depicted on the Federal Insurance Rate Maps (Map
#240087-00166, parcel 16 of 22 , April 3, 1985) published
by FEMA.
K. The proposed work shall meet all FEMA mandated local
requirements .
L. The State shall receive from the Licensee annual
financial compensation for 15,730 square feet based upon
an amount equal to the fair market value of a similar
sized waterfront parcel in the same vicinity and revised
and updated every five years.
M. Dockside sewage pumpout facilities to accommodate sewage
from vessels using this marina shall be installed,
operated and maintained.
N. These facilities shall be connected to a public sewage
treatment system serving the area or an on-site sewage
disposal system sized, installed and operated in
compliance requirements of the Baltimore City Health
Department .
0. Full scale (24" x 36") detailed project plans shall be
submitted to the Enforcement Division, Water Resources
Administration prior to project commencement. The plans
shall be in conformance with the originally approved
